Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit card at check-in. Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged 13 and above are charged as adults. Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply. Wi-Fi is free in all areas, private parking costs EUR 20 per day and requires a reservation. Our staff speaks Czech, German, English, and Russian.
